How does shipping work?
CentralCloseout.com is not a shipping company nor are we customs brokers. Shipping, Customs, duties, taxes or any documentation that may be required is the responsibility of the customer.
As a courtesy to our customers, we are able to offer shipping services via Fedex.com at a reduced rate. FedEx is used for all U.S. & Canada purchases as well as the majority of our international purchases.
FedEx quotes are estimates and may vary depending on the order. If additional charges needed, you will be contacted by an account representative prior to your order being finalized.
The majority of our mixed boxes contain nail polish which can be considered a dangerous good in some countries. Please verify with your local customs officials to make sure you are able to receive nail polish.
All FedEx orders include tracking and require a direct adult signature. It is very important that you verify that your mailing information is correct on your invoice.
We can also refer you with some freight forwarders we have worked with in the past for certain countries. Please contact your representative for additional information regarding freight forwarders.
You are also more than welcome to use your own shipping company. They can either pick up directly at our warehouse, or your order can be shipped to them via FedEx. (FedEx shipping charges to a forwarder will be assumed by the customer.)
We suggest you contact numerous shipping companies prior to choosing one. Look for Google reviews or whatever other information you may be able to find about them online.
